Curaleaf and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website, even if advised of the possibility. By using any product purchased through the Services, you assume full responsibility for its proper handling and use and any resulting effects.

18

Release and Indemnification

You agree to release , its affiliates, and their respective representatives from claims arising out of disputes with other users or third-party sites linked to the Website, and to indemnify and hold them harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your use of the Website, breach of this Agreement, or content you post. 19

Choice of Law, Time to Bring a Claim, and Venue

Claims not subject to arbitration or small claims court must be brought in state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to that jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by Connecticut law. Any claim must be brought within two (2) years after it arises or it is permanently barred.

20

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by notifying us, describing the dispute and desired resolution. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith discussion, including at least one phone or video call, within sixty (60) days. Applicable deadlines are tolled during this period.

21

Arbitration Agreement and Waiver of Certain Rights

Except as set out below, disputes between you and will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules rather than in court, and both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Arbitration will be heard by a single arbitrator, and proceedings will be kept confidential. To begin arbitration, send a signed letter describing your claim to our Legal Department at the Stamford, CT address above at least ten (10) business days before filing. Either party may instead bring qualifying claims in small claims court. Neither party may bring claims on a class or representative basis, and no "public injunction" relief may be awarded by an arbitrator. This section survives termination of your relationship with Curaleaf.

This section limits your right to a court action, a jury trial, class participation, broad discovery, and certain remedies.

22

Mass Arbitration Process Requirements

If twenty-five (25) or more similar claims are filed around the same time by coordinated counsel, they will proceed through a staged batching and mediation process described in the full Agreement, designed to manage claims efficiently while preserving each party's rights. Applicable deadlines are tolled during this process.

23

Termination of Agreement and Denial of Access

We may terminate or restrict your access at our sole discretion for any violation of this Agreement. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution survive termination.
